Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school. All inquiries about employment at these schools should be made directly to the school location, and not to US Swim School Association. 

ASA Employee Benefits:

American Red Cross Lifeguard Class Certification (& Review Courses) at no cost to employee
American Red Cross Lifeguard Class and Certification, which also includes American Red Cross CPR/First Aid course will be provided at no cost to employees. Certifications are valid for 2 years after completion date. If employee is separated from Atlanta Swim Academy for any reason prior to 6 months from certification, $200.00 will be deducted from final paycheck.

Our culture at ASA is built on constant, on-going staff training and development. We have developed an internal online training program personalized for our Swim Program curriculum and company standards. All Staff receive the highest quality training to ensure the safety and high standard of our Swim Program. Leadership training and development is provided for employees that qualify for that role. We provide on-going company in-services, meetings and staff training workshops.
Health Insurance for full-time employees.
Health Insurance is available for full-time employees after 90 days. Full-time Qualifications: 35 Hours/wk or more for employees in the Swim Program 40 Hours/wk or more for employees in all other Depts.

All employees maintaining 20+ hours/week will be enrolled in their own Teladoc plan. (After 30 days from hire) Teladoc is a national network of U.S. board-certified physicians and pediatricians that lets you resolve your routine medical issues, on-demand 24/7, via phone or online video consultations from wherever you happen to be. Retirement Plan Benefit - SIMPLE IRA w/ Employer Match
ASA Provides a Retirement Plan Benefit for employees: Savings Incentive Match Plan for Employees (SIMPLE - IRA) Employee will choose an amount to be deducted from paycheck to invest for retirement in a fund of their choice through Vanguard Investments. ASA will match that contribution up to 3% of total compensation. To Qualify: Made at least $5000 previous year gross and expected to make $5000 in the following year
